ChargerHelp! is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to lead enterprise sales efforts within the electric vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with major EV infrastructure stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets of $1.5M+
- Build and execute strategic account plans for enterprise clients
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Conduct consultative sales engagements, including needs assessments and tailored solution presentations
- Negotiate and close high-value, multi-million dollar contracts
- Manage and grow relationships with EVSE manufacturers, fleets, charge point operators, and real estate organizations
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in EV or EV charging industry
- Track record of exceeding $2M+ annual sales targets
- Experience managing and closing mid-to-large enterprise accounts
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Startup mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot
