Later is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to lead strategic relationships with top-tier enterprise clients. This role focuses on driving long-term client success, revenue growth, and delivering high-impact influencer marketing solutions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.


Responsibilities:
- Own retention, expansion, and long-term value creation for enterprise client portfolio
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities through deep understanding of client needs and market trends
- Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and expansion initiatives
- Lead executive-level engagements including business reviews and strategic sessions
- Serve as primary point of contact across the full customer lifecycle
- Ensure seamless execution by collaborating with internal delivery and product teams
- Advocate for clients internally and communicate risks and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership


Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or sales
- Proven track record managing and growing enterprise client relationships
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related industries
- Strong ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and decision-making processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and operational discipline
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
