Principal Customer Success Manager

Spring Health is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to oversee and grow relationships with its largest payer customer. This senior role focuses on strategic account leadership, customer retention, and revenue expansion while driving impactful initiatives across a complex healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the strategic relationship owner for a key payer account
- Build strong partnerships with payer leadership to drive retention and growth
- Own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and upsell
- Develop and execute account plans, engagement strategies, and communication plans
- Deliver data-driven insights, reporting, and executive-level business reviews
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes and processes
- Drive revenue growth through targeted engagement and expansion strategies
- Advocate for customer needs internally and influence product and process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in customer success, account management, or healthcare management
- Extensive experience managing large, complex payer or national healthcare accounts
- Proven track record of driving retention, renewals, and revenue growth
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Willingness to travel (10–15%)
