Chainstack is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support and grow its global customer base in the Web3 space. This role focuses on onboarding, customer success, retention, and expansion across blockchain infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding for new customers to ensure a smooth and value-driven experience
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Monitor customer health and proactively improve adoption and satisfaction
- Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews with clients
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations
- Document and communicate customer outcomes and success metrics
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Manage subscription renewals and follow up on failed payments
- Maintain accurate renewal data, pricing, and CRM records
- Partner with marketing to develop testimonials, referrals, and case studies
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing, post-sales role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering)
- Interest in Web3 technologies; blockchain experience is a plus
- Proven track record of customer retention and account growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interaction
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and spreadsheets (Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and relationship management skills
