A performance-focused marketing consultancy is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across social and programmatic channels. This role is hands-on, focusing on campaign setup, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.


Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook and TikTok
- Execute programmatic campaigns across display, video, and YouTube platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Manage campaign pacing and budget allocation to meet targets
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Handle trafficking, tagging, and QA for campaign assets
- Validate tracking pixels and ensure accurate data collection
- Produce performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams


Requirements:
- Experience in paid media, including paid social and programmatic advertising
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google/YouTube Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets and campaign pacing
- Knowledge of tracking tools, pixels, and UTM parameters
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
