Green Ocean Property Management is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Partner with department heads and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals
- Conduct job intake meetings to define candidate profiles and recruitment plans
- Design and execute sourcing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and culture fit
- Optimize job descriptions and employer branding strategies
- Administer and analyze hiring assessments
- Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
- Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment team development
- Identify and implement new tools and strategies for talent acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle and strategic recruitment
- Experience sourcing across executive, specialist, and high-volume roles
- Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR) and sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment data
