As part of the Firefox User Research team, the Staff Quantitative User Researcher will lead large-scale research initiatives, applying advanced quantitative methods to understand user behavior and inform product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end quantitative research initiatives, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to align research with business goals
- Analyze survey, behavioral, and market data to generate actionable insights
- Advocate for user-centered decision-making across the organization
- Develop and refine research methodologies and tools
- Mentor team members and scale research practices
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in user, product, or market research with a focus on quantitative methods
- Strong expertise in survey design, statistical analysis, and research methodologies
- Proficiency in R for statistical programming
- Experience using SQL to analyze and integrate data
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
