Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Set clear KPIs and performance expectations
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Oversee onboarding and training for new sales team members
- Develop and refine sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze pipeline performance
- Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or related roles
- Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
- Experience with CRM systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
