As an Executive Assistant and Office Operations Lead, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage executive workflows, and ensure seamless communication and documentation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate and client interviews with precision and confidentiality
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes with clear action tracking
- Maintain meeting schedules and ensure documentation of decisions and next steps
- Manage confidential records, contracts, and correspondence in shared systems
- Oversee complex calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel coordination
- Handle inbox management and stakeholder communication to optimize executive productivity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in consulting, recruitment, or professional services
- Advanced calendar management and executive coordination skills
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and document formatting standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
