Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and timelines
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through outreach and referrals
- Map target accounts and create stakeholder engagement strategies
- Lead sales cadence, pipeline reviews, and account prioritization
- Ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders and maintain workflow consistency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in services or solution sales
- Experience managing sales pipelines and coaching pipeline practices
- Strong ability to conduct structured discovery and qualify opportunities
- Excellent CRM management and forecasting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
