Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new SDR hires on sales processes, tools, and workflows
- Coach SDRs and team leads on call performance and objection handling
- Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and LMS content
- Ensure adherence to CRM usage and lead management best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and provide targeted coaching
- Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals
Requirements:
- Experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead in outbound sales environments
- Proven experience coaching or mentoring sales representatives
- Strong understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM systems
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong communication and organizational skills
