Responsibilities:
- Provide after-hours travel support and manage urgent client requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve travel-related issues
- Offer alternative solutions for disruptions in travel plans
- Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations using travel systems
- Ensure accurate handling of travel documentation and processes
- Work independently while maintaining high service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate travel environment
- Proficiency with Amadeus, Galileo, and Quicktrav systems
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel fares and rules
- Good geographical knowledge and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
