As a Technical Lead, you will guide engineering teams and define the technical direction for cross-platform applications built on cutting-edge peer-to-peer technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development of cross-platform applications using React Native and Electron
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external engineering partners
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical architectures
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to ensure best practices and code quality
- Integrate and extend peer-to-peer technologies within the application stack
- Coordinate documentation, releases, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering
- Strong experience with React Native, Electron, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience leading development teams and coordinating with stakeholders
- Knowledge of local-first application design and distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and open-source workflows
- Strong understanding of networking, asynchronous programming, and security practices
