Responsibilities:
- Source and attract senior-level candidates across global markets
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to ensure quality hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles
- Support onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks
- Build and maintain strong professional networks to attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles
- Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Talent Solutions, ATS, and HRIS tools
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
