The Senior Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in managing payroll operations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full payroll cycle for local employees from calculation to payment
- Calculate salaries, taxes, and social contributions with high accuracy
- Oversee international payroll processes, including remote team compensation
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile accounts with financial records
- Prepare payroll reports, forecasts, and financial projections
- Automate and optimize payroll processes using reporting tools and macros

Requirements:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for complex payroll calculations
- Proven experience managing payroll operations and financial controls
- Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy in large datasets
- Experience with payroll documentation and process management tools
- Strong understanding of payroll reporting and financial reconciliation
- Upper intermediate proficiency in English
