- Define and align product roadmap through mockups and product requirement documents
- Contribute directly to the codebase, dedicating significant time to hands-on development
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team across JavaScript, C++, QA, and documentation
- Evaluate market trends and product positioning to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality user and developer experiences
- Ensure stable and reliable product releases through structured processes
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering experience with ability to contribute actively to codebases
- Experience working across full-stack environments including JavaScript and C++
- Ability to define product requirements and translate them into technical execution
- Experience managing or leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and release management processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
