Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the Hadron platform
- Prioritize initiatives based on market demand, feasibility, and business impact
- Translate business and client requirements into technical product specifications
- Maintain and manage the product backlog and development cycles
- Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners for delivery execution
- Collect and analyze client feedback to drive product improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product management or product ownership
- Experience with fintech platforms, financial infrastructure, or digital assets
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization
- Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and engineering coordination
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables
- Strong communication and organizational skills
