EIT Health is seeking an Asset & Contracts Manager to support the management and performance monitoring of commercial assets and agreements across its investment portfolio. This role focuses on developing analytical tools, managing contract tracking systems, and providing strategic insights into revenue performance and risk exposure. The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, commercial, and programme teams to consolidate data, forecast revenue, and ensure contractual opportunities are effectively managed. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, contract interpretation skills, and the ability to translate complex financial and contractual information into actionable insights for leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain the Asset Performance Dashboard to track commercial asset performance.
- Manage commercial agreement trackers including contract mapping and claim monitoring.
- Consolidate claims documentation and coordinate invoicing processes with finance teams.
- Develop revenue forecasts and conduct sensitivity analysis across the asset portfolio.
- Perform risk assessments for commercial assets and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare management reports summarizing performance, forecasts, and risk insights.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial planning, commercial controlling, revenue analytics, or portfolio management.
- Experience working with commercial contracts or partnership agreements.
- Strong analytical skills including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Ability to interpret contractual terms and translate them into financial implications.
- Strong communication skills for presenting insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
