WPMU DEV is seeking a WordPress Sales Support Specialist to support its growing sales team and help promote its suite of WordPress plugins, themes, and hosting services. This role focuses on managing customer communications, assisting with sales-related inquiries, and helping potential clients understand the value of WPMU DEV products. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers and members within the WordPress ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and assist in identifying potential customers interested in WordPress products.
- Provide support to customers by resolving WordPress-related questions via email and chat.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
- Promote WPMU DEV products and provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications with prospects and existing clients.
- Conduct Zoom calls with potential and current customers to discuss product solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with WordPress including themes and plugins.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or related customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage spreadsheets, data entry, and CRM-related tasks.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a distributed team.
