Sendmarc is seeking a Performance & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to design and implement lifecycle marketing systems that drive engagement and revenue across its ecosystem. This role focuses on connecting product-led growth initiatives, partner channels, and CRM platforms to build scalable marketing programs that move prospects through the buying journey. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to develop lifecycle campaigns, integrate product usage data into marketing programs, and optimize demand capture processes. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in building marketing systems that support long enterprise sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that move prospects from awareness to revenue.
- Integrate CRM systems and partner ecosystems to support data-driven marketing programs.
- Build and manage workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring systems in HubSpot.
- Use product usage data and customer insights to optimize lifecycle campaigns.
- Run targeted LinkedIn and Google campaigns to support lifecycle and account-based strategies.
- Develop messaging and marketing programs aligned with product-led and partner-led growth models.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing within B2B environments.
- Deep experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Expertise in marketing workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and attribution modeling.
- Experience integrating product usage data into marketing automation systems.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel marketing strategies.
- Ability to balance strategic marketing planning with hands-on campaign execution.
