DigiOutsource is seeking a Sports Behaviour Analyst Level 1 to support the sportsbook risk and integrity monitoring function. This role focuses on analyzing betting behaviour, monitoring sports events, and identifying irregular patterns that may indicate suspicious activity or advantage play. The successful candidate will work closely with trading, risk, and integrity teams to ensure a fair and secure betting environment while contributing insights that improve detection processes and operational decision-making. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and an interest in sports data and betting markets.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor live sports events and betting markets to identify unusual or suspicious betting activity.
- Analyze customer betting behaviour and market trends to detect irregular patterns.
- Investigate accounts flagged for potential advantage play or suspicious activities.
- Review accounts for behavioural indicators and recommend risk mitigation actions.
- Track behavioural trends across sports markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve detection processes and risk monitoring tools.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with databases and data analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of sports betting principles and customer behaviour patterns.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and shift rotations.
