CrewBloom is seeking a Sales AI Integrator to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance sales processes and operational efficiency. This role bridges the gap between sales strategy, automation technologies, and artificial intelligence tools. The successful candidate will analyze existing sales workflows, identify automation opportunities, and integrate AI systems that improve lead management, pipeline visibility, and conversion performance. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, the Sales AI Integrator will ensure that AI-powered tools are effectively implemented and aligned with broader business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into the sales pipeline and prospect journey.
- Implement AI-powered tools for lead generation, qualification, outreach, and forecasting.
- Build and maintain automated workflows across CRM and sales platforms.
- Analyze sales processes and introduce automation to improve efficiency and lead management.
- Integrate AI platforms with HubSpot, VOIP systems, and other sales tools using APIs.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into AI-driven sales performance.
Requirements:
- Experience with sales operations, CRM systems, or sales automation platforms.
- Knowledge of AI tools and APIs such as OpenAI or similar technologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or N8N.
- Understanding of API integrations and data pipeline workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business needs into technical solutions.
