Hire Hangar is seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to lead the onboarding, training, and performance development of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in a BPO or call center environment. This role focuses on building scalable training programs, coaching sales teams, and ensuring operational consistency across outbound sales processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales leadership and operations teams to improve SDR performance through structured enablement programs and data-driven coaching. The position requires strong experience in outbound sales operations, training development, and remote team management within global sales environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and training programs for newly hired SDRs in a BPO or call center environment.
- Design and continuously improve sales training modules including onboarding, product training, and sales methodologies.
- Develop and manage structured training materials within Learning Management Systems.
- Coach and mentor SDRs and team leads to improve sales performance and consistency.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to build and maintain qualified lead lists.
- Monitor SDR performance metrics and provide targeted coaching and retraining.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management, supervisor, or team lead role in a BPO or call center environment.
- Demonstrated experience training and managing SDR or inside sales teams.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead management, and sales development workflows.
- Ability to design structured training programs and scalable enablement processes.
- High level of technical proficiency with LMS platforms, CRMs, and sales engagement tools.
- Prior experience working remotely with US or UK-based companies using remote collaboration tools.
