The company is seeking graphic designers, illustrators, photo editors, and digital artists who work professionally with tools such as Inkscape, GIMP, Krita, or LibreSprite. In this role, artists will perform real-world creative workflows while recording their screens to help train AI systems that understand professional digital art and design processes.

This remote contract opportunity is designed for experienced graphic designers and digital artists who regularly create artwork using professional creative tools. Selected contributors will perform authentic design and illustration workflows while recording their screen activity. These recordings will help train AI systems to understand how professional artists create digital artwork, edit images, and design visual assets.

The work reflects real-world creative processes rather than simplified exercises. Contributors will demonstrate professional workflows such as vector illustration, photo compositing, digital painting, and pixel art creation. Tasks will be completed using tools such as Inkscape, GIMP, Krita, or LibreSprite while following structured written instructions provided by the project team.

Responsibilities:
- Create vector graphics, logos, or icon sets using professional design tools
- Perform photo editing, compositing, and image enhancement workflows
- Record your screen while completing digital art and design tasks
- Produce digital paintings, concept art, or illustrations
- Design pixel art sprites or game assets using specialized tools
- Follow written task instructions to complete realistic creative workflows

Requirements:
- Professional experience using Inkscape, GIMP, Krita, LibreSprite, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of digital illustration, image editing, or pixel art workflows
- Ability to perform professional creative tasks and produce high-quality visual assets
- Written English proficiency for understanding project instructions
- Ability to record your screen using standard screen recording software
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured design workflows
