Carrot is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead marketing initiatives that generate pipeline through health plans, strategic partners, and their employer clients. This role focuses on building integrated demand generation campaigns that educate benefits leaders and drive qualified opportunities for Carrot’s family care platform. The Demand Generation Manager will collaborate closely with partnerships, product marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop scalable marketing programs that accelerate growth across partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute demand generation campaigns with health plans and strategic channel partners
- Plan integrated programs including webinars, events, email campaigns, and co-branded content
- Develop targeted marketing strategies that activate employer clients within partner networks
- Collaborate with partnerships and sales teams to align campaign messaging and follow-up strategies
- Track campaign performance and optimize programs based on pipeline and revenue impact
- Build repeatable demand generation playbooks that scale across multiple partner channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four to six years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience marketing to health plans, benefits buyers, or enterprise healthcare audiences
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Experience managing webinars, events, and multi-touch campaigns that generate pipeline
- Strong project management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
