Research Operations Program Manager

The Research Operations Program Manager supports global UX research teams by managing operational programs, improving tooling and governance processes, and implementing automation to increase research efficiency.

Blueprint is seeking a Research Operations Program Manager to support and scale global research operations within a high-performing UX research organization. This role focuses on building operational processes, managing research programs, and improving the efficiency of research initiatives through automation and improved tooling. The Research Operations Program Manager will collaborate with research teams, product groups, and operational partners to ensure governance, knowledge management, and communication systems support impactful research outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage operational programs supporting research initiatives such as experience reviews, audits, and customer programs
- Coordinate research events, scheduling, and operational workflows across research teams
- Maintain reporting dashboards and operational metrics using tools such as spreadsheets and analytics platforms
- Manage research tool licensing, access control, and best practices across the research technology stack
- Develop and maintain governance documentation including operational policies and compliance processes
- Organize research resources, templates, and insights repositories to improve knowledge sharing

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in research operations, user research, or operational program management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in dynamic and evolving environments
- Experience maintaining operational documentation and reporting processes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
