Tether is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and strategic direction of the Hadron platform. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing the development roadmap, and ensuring alignment between engineering execution, institutional client needs, and regulatory requirements. The Technical Product Owner will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners while maintaining product focus in a complex environment involving multiple asset classes, blockchain networks, and compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap for the Hadron platform
- Translate business needs and market feedback into detailed product requirements
- Manage product backlog and prioritize development initiatives
- Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners to deliver product features
- Evaluate integration opportunities and make go or no-go decisions for product releases
- Monitor platform performance and implement improvements based on client feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
- Experience working with financial infrastructure, fintech platforms, or digital asset products
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization frameworks
- Experience managing engineering teams and coordinating development cycles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical deliverables
- Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-team collaboration
