The Senior Consultant, Back Office leads client implementations of Ridgeline’s platform, designing and deploying portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and reporting workflows to support the full investment lifecycle.

Job Description

 

Ridgeline is seeking a Senior Consultant, Back Office to lead the implementation of its cloud-based investment management platform for enterprise clients. This role focuses on designing and deploying back-office workflows that support portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes across the investment lifecycle. The Senior Consultant will work closely with customer stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and integration specialists to ensure successful product deployments and deliver long-term value for clients in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Ridgeline’s investment management software platform
- Design and configure back-office workflows including portfolio accounting, reconciliation, and reporting
- Collaborate with customers to analyze operational requirements and deploy tailored solutions
- Support data migration, system configuration, testing, and deployment processes
- Work with product and engineering teams to report issues and recommend product enhancements
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to scalable implementation frameworks and best practices


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of experience implementing investment management or financial software solutions
- Strong knowledge of portfolio accounting, reconciliation processes, and investment reporting
- Understanding of asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering training during implementations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
