Full Stack (React.js/Node.js) Developer

The Full Stack Developer will contribute to building a cardio health platform, developing frontend and backend features while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Softermii is seeking a Full Stack (React.js/Node.js) Developer to join a distributed team working on a cardiovascular health platform. The platform processes heart signal data from medical devices and provides doctors with an advanced interface for analyzing cardiac health information. This role involves building scalable backend services and interactive frontend interfaces while ensuring efficient handling and visualization of large medical datasets. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable features and contribute to ongoing product improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and related frameworks
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to discuss product features and improvements
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and support team members
- Contribute to risk assessment and problem-solving during project development

Requirements:
- Four to five years of professional experience in full stack software development
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js or Nest.js
- Solid frontend expertise with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience working with PostgreSQL databases and cloud services such as AWS
- Strong communication skills with upper-intermediate English proficiency
