Job Description

 

Aceable is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support students by delivering high-quality service across multiple communication channels. This role serves as the first point of contact for students using Aceable’s mobile education platform and is responsible for ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The Customer Experience Advisor manages calls, chats, emails, and text messages while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced environments. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle dynamic student needs while contributing insights that help improve the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and empathetic support to students through calls, chats, emails, and text messages
- Handle Tier II support tickets and escalations related to assigned brands or product verticals
- Utilize AI-powered support tools to improve response efficiency and accuracy
- Collect and document student feedback and product issues for internal teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adapting to changing student needs
- Develop expertise in product offerings and contribute insights to improve student experiences


Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of customer service or related experience
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls, chats, emails, and texts throughout the workday
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate student concerns
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to grammar and clarity
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within a fast-paced environment
- Reliable remote workspace with stable internet connection and quiet call environment
