Testing Manager

Horizon Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Testing Manager to lead complex software testing initiatives and supervise a team of test specialists. This role is responsible for translating program requirements into testable objectives and managing the execution of comprehensive testing strategies. The Testing Manager will oversee test planning, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure that system functionality and performance meet defined requirements. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and expertise in modern testing methodologies within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of test specialists responsible for executing test programs
- Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies, schedules, and methodologies
- Translate complex program requirements into measurable and testable objectives
- Design and oversee system, regression, acceptance, performance, and end-to-end testing
- Analyze test results and provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and client stakeholders to ensure program success

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Experience performing system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, and performance testing
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Strong knowledge of system operations, engineering processes, and DevOps integration
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases using testing tools
- Minimum five years of experience working with the Oracle EBS R12.2 platform
