Azeus Convene is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the expansion of its ESG software solutions designed to help organizations manage sustainability reporting and governance requirements. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and guiding organizations through ESG compliance and reporting processes. The successful candidate will combine sales expertise with knowledge of sustainability frameworks and ESG trends.

Responsibilities:
- Execute sales activities including lead generation, presentations, and closing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.
- Advise clients and prospects on ESG reporting requirements and compliance standards.
- Support onboarding of new clients to the ESG reporting platform.
- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales or business development.
- 2 to 3 years of experience or background in ESG, sustainability reporting, or related fields.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and sustainability practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data and disclosure quality.
