Teneo is seeking an Academic Success Coach to support learners and families throughout their online education journey. This role focuses on building strong relationships with students and parents while providing guidance, encouragement, and proactive support to ensure learners stay engaged and achieve their academic goals. The Academic Success Coach plays an essential role in improving learner retention and helping families navigate the online learning experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outreach to learners and parents through messaging, email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Monitor learner engagement and intervene when students show signs of low participation.
- Host onboarding and orientation sessions for new learners and families.
- Support learners transitioning from traditional schooling to online education environments.
- Build ongoing relationships through regular check-ins and encouragement.
- Track learner progress and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an education or student support role.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Comfort with digital platforms and online learning technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple learners and family relationships simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
