Apex is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert to improve the performance of e-commerce websites through data-driven experimentation and user experience optimization. The role focuses on analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points, and implementing strategies that increase conversion rates without increasing advertising budgets. The CRO Expert will collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to deliver measurable growth for e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to improve client website performance.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites to identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze user behavior using analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate optimization hypotheses.
- Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and overall site architecture.
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRO initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in conversion rate optimization.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates for e-commerce businesses.
- Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Convert.com.
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles affecting user behavior and conversions.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
