JLL is seeking a skilled Senior 3D Visualizer with expertise in corporate interior environments to support the creation of high-quality architectural visualizations. This role involves working closely with designers and project stakeholders to transform design concepts into compelling visual presentations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills in 3D rendering tools while maintaining high standards of visual accuracy and creative expression.

Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality 3D visualizations of corporate interior design environments.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and creative teams to deliver visual assets for projects.
- Translate architectural and interior design concepts into realistic rendered images and animations.
- Manage project workloads efficiently in a remote working environment.
- Maintain strong communication with team members to ensure project alignment and delivery timelines.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture and maintain best practices in visualization workflows.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization with a focus on corporate interiors.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural visualization work.
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Chaos Vantage and Adobe After Effects is advantageous.
- Functional knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and familiarity with other Autodesk design tools.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
