The position involves managing client relationships, qualifying leads, and supporting business growth within the property, construction, and surveying sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries from property owners, developers, contractors, and homeowners.
- Assist customers in identifying the most suitable services for their needs.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked surveys or consultations.
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Support outbound outreach campaigns targeting developers, contractors, architects, and estate agents.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate appointment scheduling with operations teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with property, construction, surveying, or real estate sectors is preferred.
