Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assessment-related customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve assessment issues while providing timely updates to customers.
- Provide clear instructions and guidance on assessment procedures and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.
