Job Description

 

AVEVA is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop new business opportunities and expand existing enterprise relationships across key accounts. As a global leader in industrial software, AVEVA provides solutions that support industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, and energy. The Strategic Account Manager will focus on building strong customer relationships while driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and long-term account planning.


Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while supporting regional business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and customer value.
- Lead account teams to identify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Align AVEVA’s software solutions with customers’ digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update activities within the company CRM system.


Requirements:
- Significant experience in sales, account management, or business development in enterprise software.
- Experience selling solutions to owner operators, EPCs, or design consultants.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and industries such as manufacturing, infrastructure, mining, or marine.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and build new client engagements.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills for identifying market opportunities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
