The company is hiring a Marketing Manager to own and scale its entire marketing function. This role focuses on strategy, content marketing, lead generation, community growth, and marketing automation while supporting the expansion of the brand’s subscription-based community and international presence.

BE THAT LAWYER is seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and scale its marketing operations. Founded by Steve Fretzin, the company provides coaching, training, and marketing strategies that help lawyers grow thriving practices. As the business expands into a subscription-based community model, this role will take full ownership of the company’s marketing efforts, ensuring both strategic growth and consistent execution.


Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day marketing operations of the BE THAT LAWYER brand.
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to support business growth.
- Oversee content creation, newsletters, and lead generation initiatives.
- Lead social media planning, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
- Coordinate and structure video marketing and content initiatives.
- Manage and grow the Circle community platform to drive engagement and member value.


Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing marketing strategy and execution.
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration and content development.
- Experience using AI tools and modern software for marketing automation.
- Skills in video editing, social media management, and email marketing.
- Experience with website development and conversion optimization.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
