Huzzle is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the development and scaling of its performance marketing and demand generation engine. This role is designed for a marketing engineer who blends data-driven marketing expertise with automation and AI-powered workflows. The successful candidate will build scalable marketing systems that generate high-quality pipeline while aligning marketing initiatives with revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the company’s demand generation and performance marketing strategy.
- Design and launch data-driven campaigns across paid media, inbound, and outbound-assisted marketing channels.
- Build automation-driven marketing workflows using modern GTM tools and AI-powered platforms.
- Develop campaign attribution models and analytics dashboards to track pipeline impact.
- Partner with leadership and GTM teams to align marketing programs with revenue goals.
- Manage marketing budgets while optimizing customer acquisition cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing digital advertising budgets and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical ability with focus on pipeline attribution and revenue impact.
- Experience working with AI-driven marketing workflows and tools such as Claude Code.
- Hands-on experience with Clay and modern marketing automation systems.
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategy and marketing technology stacks.
