Job Summary

 
ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Documentation & Quality Reviewer to support a U.S.-based therapy provider specializing in services for children with autism. The role focuses on reviewing clinical documentation created by therapists and clinicians to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with insurance billing standards. The reviewer plays an important role in maintaining documentation quality while supporting clinicians through constructive and empathetic feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Review therapy session notes and clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify missing details, inconsistencies, or documentation errors in clinical records.
- Ensure therapy documentation meets required standards for insurance billing.
- Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to therapists and clinicians.
- Track corrections and follow up on documentation updates when necessary.
- Maintain organized records of documentation reviews and quality checks.

Requirements:
- Previous clinical experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or child-focused services.
- Experience writing or reviewing session notes, progress notes, or treatment documentation.
- Strong understanding of documentation standards and compliance in clinical settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to provide constructive feedback tactfully.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

This remote role requires reliable internet connectivity and power backup while working EST-aligned hours. The position offers the opportunity to support clinicians and improve documentation quality that directly contributes to the care of children and families receiving therapy services.
