The Lead Instructor: Software Development will lead live virtual instruction for large groups of learners while supporting program delivery and curriculum improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver live virtual lectures to large groups of learners covering software development and engineering concepts.
- Prepare instructional materials and ensure lectures provide clear, engaging technical content.
- Manage live classroom dynamics including Q&A sessions, chat moderation, and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and adherence to schedules.
- Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve curriculum design and lesson effectiveness.
- Support learners by answering technical questions and adapting instruction to different experience levels.

Requirements:
- Strong experience with full-stack development including Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Linux.
- Deep knowledge of engineering best practices such as test-driven development and version control workflows.
- Experience using Git and GitHub for collaborative development.
- Familiarity with modern development tools including Docker, Cloudflare, and Google Cloud environments.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to beginners and diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic teaching style suited for virtual learning environments.
