The Demand Generation Manager will lead initiatives that drive pipeline growth through consultants, consulting firms, and employer audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a consultant-focused demand generation strategy aligned with consultant relations and sales leadership.
- Design and run campaigns such as webinars, briefings, events, newsletters, and marketing toolkits that enable consultants to recommend Carrot to clients.
- Build integrated marketing campaigns targeting employer prospects including enterprise, global, and union organizations.
- Collaborate with product marketing to tailor messaging for specific buyer personas and market segments.
- Partner with marketing operations and digital teams to launch campaigns across email, web, and event channels with proper targeting and tracking.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize programs to improve funnel conversion and pipeline generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or account-based marketing.
- Experience targeting large employers, consultants, brokers, or advisory firms.
- Background in healthcare, employee benefits, or HR technology marketing.
- Proven ability to design multi-touch marketing campaigns that generate pipeline opportunities.
- Strong collaboration skills with sales teams and cross-functional partners.
