Commercial Intelligence Analyst

MedSpa Partners operates a network of medical aesthetics clinics and focuses on data-driven growth across its commercial operations. The Growth team analyzes patient, marketing, and clinic performance to guide strategic decision-making. The Commercial Intelligence Analyst will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, helping leadership improve patient acquisition, retention, treatment adoption, and clinic performance through analytics, dashboards, and data-driven strategy.

MedSpa Partners operates a growing network of medical aesthetics clinics and relies heavily on data to guide its commercial strategy. The Commercial Intelligence Analyst plays a key role within the Growth team, supporting leadership by analyzing operational, marketing, and patient performance data. This role focuses on converting complex datasets into actionable insights that help the organization improve patient acquisition, retention, and clinic performance across its network.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and structure datasets from clinic systems, marketing platforms, and internal reporting tools.
- Analyze patient behavior, visit frequency, treatment adoption, and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate marketing and sales funnel metrics including leads, consultations booked, and new patient conversion rates.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to track key performance indicators across clinics.
- Develop analytical models and Excel-based tools used to evaluate clinic and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and leadership teams to investigate trends and support strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
