Senior Director of Finance

The Senior Director of Finance will lead the company’s finance and revenue operations, providing strategic insights, financial planning, and operational leadership to support Aspire’s continued growth and scalability.

The Senior Director of Finance will serve as a strategic leader responsible for guiding financial strategy, operational planning, and performance management while partnering closely with the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Finance and Revenue Operations teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and company performance initiatives.
- Manage financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic investments, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and accurate financial documentation.
- Develop scalable reporting frameworks and key performance indicators to monitor company performance.

Requirements:
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial performance drivers.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertise.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
