The Marketing Director will play a critical leadership role in shaping global marketing strategy, driving player acquisition, and supporting the successful launch and growth of video game brands and products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute publishing strategies including branding, pricing, distribution, and release timelines.
- Design and lead go-to-market strategies for new and existing video game products.
- Build and manage a global consumer marketing team focused on growth and engagement.
- Lead marketing initiatives across product marketing, integrated marketing, and growth marketing.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for user acquisition and retention.
- Manage advertising budgets and campaigns across channels including social media, search, display, and influencer marketing.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Proven leadership experience in AAA game marketing or publishing.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience working with global consumer brands or marketing and advertising agencies.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing dashboards for campaign measurement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with experience managing global teams.
