Product UI/UX Designer

The company, recently acquired by Fiverr, is expanding its product team and seeking a Product UI/UX Designer to create engaging user experiences. The role focuses on designing end-to-end product flows, collaborating with product and development teams, and optimizing interfaces to improve usability, performance, and conversion.

As part of a fast-growing and innovative team, the Product UI/UX Designer will contribute to improving the user experience of a powerful eCommerce automation platform. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and designers to craft intuitive and engaging product experiences that drive usability, performance, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop UI/UX designs informed by user research, analytics, and industry benchmarking.
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to discuss design ideas and provide feedback during planning and implementation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that enhance conversion and engagement.
- Apply accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles in product development.
- Explore the product deeply to identify opportunities for improving UX flows and usability.
- Maintain and evolve the design system while creating high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer in a product-focused company.
- A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web and mobile web products.
- Proficiency in Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), design systems, and Token Studio for Figma.
- Familiarity with the Ant Design framework and component libraries.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
