INFUSE is seeking a Middle+ / Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of internal systems and operational processes that support the company’s growth. This role focuses on building scalable internal tools, improving business workflows, and driving digital transformation initiatives across departments. The product manager will work closely with leadership, engineering, and operational teams to translate strategic goals into practical solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision for internal systems that improve operational performance.
- Translate business strategies into actionable product roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Analyze existing workflows and implement automation or process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable internal platforms and tools.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in technology-driven environments.
- At least 2 years of experience working on internal systems or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of modern product management methodologies and practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams delivering internal tools or platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
