Index.dev is seeking a VP Growth to lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive revenue expansion and market growth. This role is responsible for designing and executing growth strategies across lead generation, marketing, and sales while ensuring efficient acquisition funnels and scalable revenue systems. The VP Growth will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for expansion, optimize customer acquisition channels, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy covering marketing, lead generation, and sales.
- Define growth targets, revenue goals, and key performance metrics for growth initiatives.
- Build and scale inbound and outbound lead-generation channels.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and demand generation initiatives.
- Optimize the sales funnel and improve conversion rates across all acquisition stages.
- Lead and mentor growth teams while collaborating with RevOps, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head of Growth, Director of Growth, or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in lead generation, marketing strategy, or sales leadership.
- Experience in fast-paced B2B environments such as SaaS, recruitment, or services.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret growth metrics and performance data.
- Experience managing and scaling cross-functional growth teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
