Growe is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive affiliate partnership growth and strengthen strategic relationships within the iGaming ecosystem. This role focuses on acquiring new affiliate partners, managing high-value relationships, and negotiating performance-based partnership agreements. The manager will work closely with marketing and affiliate teams to ensure that partnership initiatives align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to acquire and onboard new affiliate partners across targeted markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value affiliates and media partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements including revenue share, hybrid, and CPA models.
- Collaborate with marketing and affiliate teams to align partnership strategies with business goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
- Monitor market trends and industry insights to identify new partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or affiliate partnership roles.
- Experience working in gambling or other high-risk digital industries.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models and partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value commercial agreements.
- Experience managing relationships with top-tier affiliates or media buying teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
